FESTIVAL PASS

The pass does not guarantee a seat for each of the 50 screenings, but it will allow you to watch more films at a much lower price. The passes are valid for screenings at Zhovten Cinema, Ukrainian House and KINO42, as well as for festival screenings at the Tytr online cinema.

All passes are electronic, you don't need to print them out or pick them up at the info point, you just need to show them on your phone or any other device.

If you have any problems with purchasing a festival pass, please contact Ticketsbox support or write to us at kate.ianiuk@kisff.org

TYPES OF FESTIVAL PASSES

This year, the festival offers four types of passes: Visitor, Student, Online and Special.

Visitor pass → 600 ₴.

Student pass → 300 ₴

Online access → 100 ₴.

Special (for military, pensioners, IDPs) → free of charge

To purchase a Student pass on the Ticketsbox service, you need to upload a photo of a valid state-issued student ID, and for a Special pass - a pension certificate, IDP certificate, or military ID. You can either paint over or hide the series number, ID number, and other sensitive information. We guarantee that your personal data will be deleted as soon as your status is verified. If you do not want to confirm your status by providing a photo ID, you can get a free ticket just before the screening (details below).

TICKETS

Tickets for individual screenings can be purchased on the respective film page at 2023.kisff.org or on the festival page on the Ticketsbox portal. Tickets are refundable only if the screenings are canceled or postponed due to an air raid alert. Tickets prices are 100-120 ₴. Please note that all festival screenings have free seating.

Access to the screenings is free for the military, IDPs and pensioners. You can get free tickets for screenings at all festival locations at the accreditation desk at Zhovten Cinema from November 16 to 22, from 17:00 to 20:30. You can also show your ID/certificate to the volunteers at the location before the screening and go to the screening if there are free seats in the hall.

If the screening is canceled or postponed due to air raid alert, tickets can be refunded or exchanged by contacting the Ticketsbox service or volunteers at the accreditation desk at Zhovten Cinema.

HOW TO USE THE FESTIVAL PASSES

Please note that the pass is individual and allows you to get no more than one ticket for one screening and does not allow you to book tickets for parallel screenings.

Passes will be available for booking the tickets approximately one week before the festival. We will notify all festival passes’ holders by email. You will be able to create your schedule in your personal account on the Ticketsbox website. You can book up to 5 tickets for festival screenings at a time. As soon as you attend the selected screening, you will have the opportunity to book tickets for the next screenings. Tickets are not sent by mail, but are displayed in your personal account on the Ticketsbox website and are linked to your festival badge.

Please cancel your ticket reservation if you do not plan to attend the screening. You can do this in one click in your personal account on the Ticketsbox portal. This way, you will allow other viewers to attend the screening.

Be sure to scan your badge before the screening! If you do not attend and do not cancel your ticket reservation for 3 or more screenings, all your reservations will be automatically canceled by the system. You still have the opportunity to re-book tickets if they are available.

In the event of an air raid alert, the session will be extended, postponed or canceled, depending on the location. In each case, we will inform you about further actions on our social media and through volunteers on the ground.

Passes are refundable only before the start of the festival.

ONLINE SCREENINGS

The festival program will be partially available online in Ukraine, Poland, Czechia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Germany. Online passes will allow you to watch festival films exclusively online.
